    Computer Basics Class

    March 13 – 29, 2023

    Mondays and Wednesdays, 1 – 3 p.m.

    Students will use our laptops or can bring their own (laptop with Wi-Fi.) Learn the Basic Computer Skills you need for work, school and life. Students will learn the fundamentals of using a computer. Each student will receive a binder textbook/workbook and a portable flash drive to transport files. Classroom time is 12 hours total.

    Computer Basics Class topics include:

    • Keyboard, Mouse and Trackpad usage
    • Navigating the Internet
    • The Cloud
    • Creating, Editing, Naming, Saving and Moving Files
    • Social Media
    • Safety
    • Tech Terms Translated
