JVS Business Connections: Why you should take Artificial Intelligence personally

From driverless vehicles to voice and facial recognition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already bringing massive shifts in our social and economic realities. Do AI machines perform tasks better than humans? Should you be concerned about AI eliminating jobs? To find out, attend the JVS Business Connections networking event with Stephen Couchman, president/CEO of LivePicture, from 7:30 – 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017.

Couchman will talk about such technologies as machine learning, natural language processing (NPL), computer vision and machine reasoning. He’ll also speak about key emerging business opportunities and market trends and how to respond to this incredible technology.

A light breakfast is provided at Business Connections, which begins with networking time at 7:30 a.m., followed by the brief presentation and conclusion at 8:45 a.m. This event will be held at Hermelin ORT Resource Center (inside JVS’s modern computer lab at the Jewish Community Center), 6600 W. Maple Rd., West Bloomfield, MI 48322.

There is no fee to attend, but registration is required. Please contact Angela Bevak at abevak@jvsdet.org or 248-233-4482. Download the flyer.
